We think you will be 100% pleased with your purchase. If in the unlikely event you are not, we will accept a return under one of the following conditions. Please note that you must contact this office by telephone, mail or email explaining your reason for return prior to submitting a return. You will be issued a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) which must be included in the returned package or in an obvious place outside the package. Any return received without an RAN will not be accepted. All returns must be sent by registered mail or authorized courier (with tracking numbers available). Any transportation cost you incur for returning the item is non-refundable. You are responsible for any damage during transport or loss of the returned item.

No Fault Return

If it is not due to any fault or defect of the product, the item must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and undamaged. Return must be requested within 15 days of receipt, and received by us within 15 days after that. All returns must include a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine the product to ensure it meets these conditions. If it is determined it does, we will refund the original cost of the product only, shipping cost will not be refunded under no fault returns.

Defective/Damaged Return

We make every effort to ensure our products are of the highest quality and free from any fault or defect. That same level of care and attention is preformed by our trained warehouse staff to ensure the product is packaged properly and able to withstand normal handling during the delivery. If however you receive an item that is not up to our high standards, has a defect or fault, or appears to have been damaged during delivery, we will happily accept a return. Returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt and received by us within 15 days after that. Upon receipt of the item, we will examine the product to ensure it meets these conditions. If it does, we will refund the original cost of the product, as well as the original delivery cost.

(In the case the return is being requested due to damage, we will use your return request to assist us in placing a claim against the organization used to deliver your package. They may, at their discretion, contact you for verification).

If the requested return does not fit into either category and instead you just aren’t 100% pleased with the results you are achieving, we offer our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! In addition to the conditions mentioned above, refunds under this guarantee are subject to the additional following conditions:

  • No more than two (2) sheets are to be used for testing of the product.
  • Please include the used test sheets with the returned product.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine the product to ensure it meets these conditions. If it is determined it does, we will refund the original cost of the product only, shipping cost will not be refunded under no fault returns.
